Presentation, Student Conference: ICE-CBF-COR Signaling Cascade and Its Regulation in Plants Responding to Cold Stress
I had many presentation at university but presenting on the topic of signal cascading genes in plant regulation during my time at the university was a opportunity to me to discover my passion about biotechnology field. I invested many effort in preparing for this presentation, conducting extensive research and analyzing the data to gain a thorough understanding of the subject matter. Through this experience, I honed my public speaking skills and demonstrated my dedication to excellence in my academic pursuits.

Trainee Representative, The process of plant growth, Protection against pests and weeds, Harvesting products and their sales process at University of Tehran
During my internship at University Village, I had the opportunity to work as a representative for a group tasked with cultivating plants like wheat, barley, canola, Tomato, eggplant and bell pepper and also protecting them against pests and weeds. I developed many skills such as problem-solving, management, team work, keeping the team active and motivated, and implemented discipline. As a result, we had a successful harvest and achieved a high sales volume for our products.

Experiment: Gene transfer and evaluation of phosphorus efficiency in transgenic rapeseed.
I learned many methods and setups such as Gene cloning, Nested PCR, DNA extraction, RNA extraction, Electrophoresis and also I learned R Data Analysis software and NGS for analyzing wide range of data bases. we worked with many tolls and equipments in the laboratory like: Thermocycler, Centrifuge, Gel documentation, Laminar flow hood, Oven, Hot block,Vortex mixer, Scale, Microwave digestion. etc.
